Shipping & Delivery Policy
100 Ways is proud to offer free shipping via Canada Post and USPS on all orders over $250 CAD. For an additional fee, clients may select Priority Shipping at checkout (see below for more details).
For all orders shipping to the United States, please see below for information regarding customs and duties.
Please allow for a minimum of 1-3 business days after placing your order for order processing and fulfillment. This applies to all orders, including those with Priority Shipping.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, not including statutory holidays.
Shipping to Canada
We offer flat rate shipping of $20 CAD on any orders under $250 CAD.
All domestic shipments are sent via Canada Post Tracked Shipping with a request for signature.
If you are not available to sign for the package at the time of delivery, it will be rerouted to the nearest post office. Canada Post will hold parcels for up to two weeks, at which point it will be returned to the sender.

Canada Post offers shipping estimates to all major urban centres. Please allow for extra shipping time to addresses located in non-urban centres, as well as any delays in transit.
Please note that while we are committed to handling your packages with the utmost care and urgency, 100 Ways is not liable for any delays that may occur within the postal system.
If you would like your order to be released without a signature, please leave a note at checkout or email [email protected] with your Order Number. Please note that orders with a no-signature request will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Shipping and will require additional shipping time.
Shipping to USA
We offer flat rate shipping of $25 CAD on any orders under $250 CAD.
All standard international shipments are sent via USPS Tracked Shipping.
If you are not available to sign for the package at the time of delivery, it will be rerouted to the nearest post office. Most post offices will hold parcels for up to 5 business days, at which point it will be returned to the sender.

FedEx International Priority (USA)
100 Ways offers free shipping via FedEx International Priority for all orders over $4500.
All orders sent via FedEx include a request for signature and are insured for the total cost of the enclosed items. Clients will be sent a tracking number via email when the order is ready to ship.
***Please note as of March 2024, US Customs has increased inspection time for items containing diamonds crossing the border by 2-3 business days. Any brokerage communication or request for paperwork by FedEx or US customs may be forwarded to [email protected], where we will be happy to help you. Customs & Duties
100 Ways is proudly based in Vancouver, Canada. Please note any duties incurred on your order are the responsibility of the client and may be collected before or during the time of delivery.
Orders under $800 USD are typically exempt from duties, although it may vary from state to state.
Orders between $800 USD and $2500 USD typically incur duties but may not require additional customs forms.
Orders over $2500 USD typically incur duties and require additional customs forms. In most cases, FedEx will hold these packages at the border for until the importer (client) provides the necessary paperwork. Packages being held at the border will be kept for 5 business days before they will be returned to sender.
